The Rev. D. David Clemons returns to Good Shepherd this Sunday, June 25, to serve as our priest while Father Rob is away celebrating his wedding anniversary.  Rev. Clemons last visited Good Shepherd in September and October of last year after Pastor Kathleen retired and before Father Rob was called to serve as our Interim Rector.

Rev. Clemons retired from full time parish ministry in the 53rd year of his ordained ministry in the Episcopal Church. His last full time pastorate was as rector of St. Luke the Physician Parish in Auburn, CA, northeast of Sacramento. He also served as a chaplain in the Army National Guard and Reserve for 23 years. He and his wife Kathryn are now retired and living in Palm Springs while their five grown children are scattered from Alaska to Tennessee.

We look forward to welcoming him back!
